9:30 – 10:00

Welcome!

Meet Anna Marie, the herd, the rest of the animals, and fellow attendees. Tour the ranch and get settled in before we start an amazing day of activities!

10:00 – 10:30

Wake up Your Body

Being grounded and aware of your body is important to the meditation that will follow. Anna Marie will guide you through a series of activities to wake your body up, balance the left and right side of your brain, and begin moving out any energy that no longer serves you.

10:30 – 11:30

Meditation with Horses

This will be a meditation you have never experienced before! Anna Marie will guide you through a body-centered meditation with horses as co-facilitators of healing and masters of being in the present moment.

11:30 – 12:00

Self-Reflection & Journaling

Bring a journal so you can reflect on anything that came up for you during your experience of meditating with horses. Journaling can help you process emotions, deepen self-discovery, and get clarity on any information received during the meditation.

12:00 – 12:45

Equine Art

Tap into the feelings the horses evoked during the meditation and channel it into a beautiful piece of Equine Art that anyone at any artistic level can create!

12:45-1:30

Break Time!

Break time for humans and horses. A light lunch and drinks will be provided.

Please let Anna Marie know of any dietary needs when you make your reservation.

1:30 – 2:00

Closing Ceremony

Our final activity as a group will be a beautiful closing ceremony of gratitude with the horses.

Photos with Horses

So that everyone can enjoy their quiet time being One with Horses, cameras and telephones will not be allowed during the retreat. At the end of our day, you will have an opportunity to take photos with the horses, dog, cats, chickens or any other animals that may be hanging around!
