There is time for 2-3 questions in a 25-minute readings. If you would like to ask an additional questions, or connect to a second animal, Anna Marie would suggest booking a 50-minute reading.
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of your reading. Your animal (living or deceased) does not need to be present with you. You may take notes or record the session if you desire. Anna Marie will call you at the time of your appointment at the phone number provided at the time of your booking. Please be ready to begin promptly at your scheduled time.
Animal Communication sessions are booked 25 or 50 minutes in length.
Distance Energy Healing sessions are booked for 25 or 50 minutes in length.
In-person Energy Healing sessions are 50 minutes.
Intuitive Life Coaching sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
Anna Marie does not need a photo or any other information about your pet prior to the reading. Please DO NOT email details about your pet, their behavior or medical issues. It is best to allow the animal to provide this information during a reading.
No. Because Anna Marie is communicating with the energy of an animal, the animal can be anywhere, doing anything! She can even communicate with animals that are crossed over.

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. A scheduled appointment time is reserved only for you. If you cancel at the last minute, or do not show, it is likely the reserved space may not be able to be rescheduled for someone else. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
No Show – Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged, in full, for this missed session, class or event. Refunds will not be given and your time will not be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session. Regardless of the length of time remaining in session once you arrive, you will not receive a refund for the time you missed and are responsible for paying the full amount of the time frame you scheduled.
Refunds – Payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change an appointment, all funds will be transferred to a future appointment. If you do not reschedule or cancel a session in accordance with the cancellation policy, payment is forfeited and non-refundable.
Healed by a Horse Sessions – Deposits and payments toward a healing session, weekend retreat, group retreat, VIP day, etc. are non-refundable. If you need to change an appointment, you may do so with 72 hours notice. Funds, minus your deposit, will be transferred to a future date and must be rescheduled for a date within 90 days of the original session. Private sessions must be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice or you may be charged a 50% rescheduling fee. Please understand there is a great deal of time, money, effort and energy that goes into preparing for your personalized session. Once a date is reserved for you it is unlikely it can be rescheduled for a new client if you cancel at the last minute.
Weather– Safety of clients/participants and horses are of upmost importance! Healed by a Horse® sessions can and may be rescheduled if there is inclement weather. Decisions to reschedule are at the discretion of Anna Marie. Refunds will not be given based on weather. Your payment will be applied toward a rescheduled date within 3 months of original session date.

- Classes/events are open to a limited number of participants per class.
- All classes/events must be paid at the time of registration and prior to attending the first class.
- Your payment is non-refundable as space is limited. However, payment fees can be applied for a future class/event within 6 months of the original date. If you fail to enroll in a replacement class/event within 6 months, you will forfeit your payment.
